Middle eastern buildings 3
The buildings are painted and I placed them on my desert board along some of my 20mm chaps to see how they matched. I must say that it turned out even better than I thought, enjoy:

Land ohoy!
I thought it was about time to get another section to my gameboard finished so I can put down a full 6x4 feet table. Just another "basic" sektion would be rather boring so I decided that I needed some more water. Perfect for beach assault scenarios and the water does not take overhand so I guess it will work fine for regular games too.
I cut, cut, cut and made a total mess, but the result is quite worth it! I shaped some rocks and put in place as well as a green half bridge I got in a model kit, then added a lot of filler and a mix of white glue and sand. Now it's time to dry, but then it is just to paint and add grass and water!
The blue lines is where I'll draw the water line.

Middle eastern buildings 1
As a junkie for new games I have been building a small force of USMC and a horde of random insurgents for the upcoming Force on Force by ambush alley games, and I naturally needed a few buildings as well. I recently got my greedy fingers on some superb foamboard, and cut and glued my way to a few buildings.
Now I will begin to add filler to the houses and then it's painting time! And as I can't keep to one thing at a time, I share the building with some general history dvd education:
Could this possibly have something to do with next project?
